Secondo una ricerca Ipsos promossa dalla Fondazione Barilla Center For Food And Nutrition, che ha coinvolto 800 giovani tra i 14 e i 27 anni in tutta Italia per capire cosa sanno di Obiettivi per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile e del ruolo che gioca il cibo nel loro raggiungimento, solo il 17% degli under 27 sa cosa siano gli Obiettivi.
