In just a few days, on December 3, the SU-EATABLE LIFE mid-term conference will be held at The Mall, Milan. It will be hosted within the framework of the 10° International Forum on Food and Nutrition promoted by the Barilla Foundation.
The mid-term conference is completely sold out, but we will be streaming it on Barillacfn.com, starting from 2:30PM CET.
The theme of the mid-term conference is Driving the transition towards sustainable and healthy diets. Our amazing lineout of speakers will discuss about sustainable diets as a key to preserve both our health and the environment, the main results obtained so far by the SU-EATABLE LIFE project and the ongoing experiments in company and university canteens, and best practices in promoting sustainable healthy diets in the food business and academic sectors.
